Merry Little Christmas

The real tree!
Merry Christmas!! I hope everyone had a fantastic day, whether it was enjoying time with family or opening sweet toys from Santa. We definitely enjoyed our day of nothingness and no traveling was required, however, we did miss all of the family we weren't able to spend time with this Christmas. This year my older brother Bob and my mom came up to spend the holiday with us. No one has changed out of pajamas and at some point I think everyone has laid down for a brief nap (I have taken 2). Zeus definitely had the best Christmas...we are pretty sure most of these presents will be replaced next year with gifts for the twins but we could be wrong. :)

Here are a few more of Dan's fancy-pants pictures to help share some of our holiday fun!

The presents are finally wrapped!

This is our 2nd wreath...Dan has a weird obsession.

In other news, welcome to week 14! It has been an interesting one, that's for sure. My nausea has decided to return and my migraines are slowly but surely driving me a little crazy but that's okay. My belly has continued to grow at what feels like ridiculous speeds and on Friday I wore my first official maternity outfit...before I had just been rocking the jeans/pants. More people have begin to notice my little bump and it is definitely at the point of being unable to hide.

Week 14!

Up next, we are anxiously awaiting our doctor's appointment on Tuesday so we can schedule our 20 week ultrasound (and of course making sure the babies and I are healthy).

Our Little Lemons!

This week our little Minnesota twins are continuing to grow. This week they have started to make some facial expressions and are continuing to practice things like swallowing for their big premier in 5 months or so. As you can tell from the picture above, my twin will be way better than Dan's. ;) It is nice to have guests so we can take a family photo. Although this week Dan was in an odd mood therefore getting a serious expression was near impossible and he is making Zeus stand on his hind legs so he was the appropriate height. After this picture...he also decided to cut up one of the lemons to let Zeus test it out:

He wasn't quite sure what to think and had some pretty humorous expressions after he tried it. Have I mentioned what a rough life Zeus has lately!?

We will be sure to send the date out once we go to the doctor on Tuesday so stay tuned. But in the mean time...Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night. :)
